Tracy has excelled in selling B2B and B2C in various sectors, including tangible and intangible products. In her 30s, she consistently sold over 500 million Baht worth of properties as a solo real estate agent before founding and running a boutique real estate brokerage to better serve her clients. Her superpower lies in her ability to truly understand clients’ needs and always provide value, whether she closes the deals or not. Her management style motivates her broker team to engage more and take greater ownership of their responsibilities.

Krid started his career in training and development field in retail business, then banking, and EdTech company, aiming to make an impact on business achievements through learning. Marc, former CEO of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients is Senior Consultant & Executive Coach and Trainer with Hansen Beck in Southeast Asia and founding partner of Hansen Beck Thailand.
Based in Bangkok, he has more than 40 years’ experience in various local, regional and global business and functional leadership roles in the specialty chemicals and ingredients industry, of which >25 years living and working in Asia.
Marc speaks multiple languages and works in German, French and English.

Marc gained his extensive experience across all Asia Pacific markets in a diversity of multi-national and multi-functional senior leadership roles in global and regional corporations (Ciba-Geigy, Ciba Specialty Chemicals, Huntsman, Syngenta and Jebsen & Jessen). Strong team spirit and identity have always been a passion for Marc and a fundamental factor for his and his teams’ success.
