Mathias Reindl

Mathias is founding Partner of HansenBeck and Managing Director of HansenBeck Singapore, covering Southeast Asia.

Seasoned in Business Development and Leadership & Development, he counts on three decades of international experience in the private and public sector.

Mathias proactively drives organisational and people development, and clients regularly praise him for their outstanding satisfaction and the prompt results they draw from his delivery of Hansen Beck programs.

He is a visiting MBA lecturer in Strategic Planning, Change Management and Project Management.

Career experience

Mathias started his career at Siemens in talent management and business development across Europe and Asia in which he exceeded targets for budget, market share and project KPIs. He then transitioned into senior and management roles in business development and sales for several large and medium-sized international companies, selling successfully to stakeholders at senior and board level.

Kevin is passionate about sales and distribution network leadership strategies and organisational development. With more than 20 years of progressive learning and contribution in the high-tech, electronics, and IT industry sector, he applies private collaborative and dynamic leadership with execution excellence for local and regional distribution channels. He is dedicated to overachieving goals on the job. 

Career experience

Kevin started his career as a design engineer in the manufacturing and technology industry. He then transitioned into senior and management roles in regional sales and program management in several medium-sized international companies, doing a mix of business development and developing effective sales distribution networks for the APAC region and optimising market coverage to achieve sustainable growth. Kevin enjoys working with distribution partners with various regional businesses, resulting in a good understanding of cross-border opportunities/issues in the aPAC region. Kevin contributes to co-creating new organisational capabilities such as digital marketing, interactive webinars, data analysis, etc. 

Kevin firmly believes in achieving a balance between a sustainable business and overachieving organisational targets. He takes a hands-on management approach, using leader mindfulness and change leadership to build a robust and agile team.

Marc, former CEO of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients is Senior Consultant & Executive Coach and Trainer with Hansen Beck in Southeast Asia and founding partner of Hansen Beck Thailand.

Based in Bangkok, he has more than 40 years’ experience in various local, regional and global business and functional leadership roles in the specialty chemicals and ingredients industry, of which >25 years living and working in Asia.
Marc speaks multiple languages and works in German, French and English.

Career experience

Marc gained his extensive experience across all Asia Pacific markets in a diversity of multi-national and multi-functional senior leadership roles in global and regional corporations (Ciba-Geigy, Ciba Specialty Chemicals, Huntsman, Syngenta and Jebsen & Jessen). Strong team spirit and identity have always been a passion for Marc and a fundamental factor for his and his teams’ success.

Where businesses grow organically, through M&A or adjusting to changing market environments, organizational development (OD) is a cornerstone for any successful corporation and their leaders. Teams must be developed alongside as they drive all development initiatives moving from value to vision, strategy to implementation and evaluation of business success to further opportunities.
